Lomond Group are currently working with Fife Council and Architects to develop this outstanding development in the heart of Glenrothes.

Our plans are for 20 residential plots with 6 different house types. With a mix of 3 and 4 bedroom detached and semi-detached dwellings. All offering the Lomond high specification finishing’s as standard.

Retaining the existing trees and landscape allows for the proposed development to retain the natural beauty that Glenrothes is known for.

To the east of the site sits a bespoke commercial building providing street presence to Rothes Road. Riverside development is near key amenities and road links as well as being adjacent to Riverside Town Park, a beautiful park offering woodland and river walks. Further pedestrian and cycle links are proposed to connect the site to existing networks.
