Markinch

The site at Brunton Road, Markinch was bought in 2006. After a 4 year ordeal taking proposals through the planning system in Fife the Lomond Group have secured an outline planning permission for the erection of 15 dwellinghouse.

The attractive setting, created by the backdrop of St Drostan’s Church and the Markinch conservation area, provides us with an ideal opportunity to develop housing to suit this sensitive location.

IN 2010 The Lomond Group intend to work with others to ensure the promotion of a development which is fit for purpose and which meets the community’s needs. To read more about the case history of this site and to keep up to date with progress click here.
