Our planning expertise is used in the field of planning consultancy. Following on from our success during 2009/10, which saw us secure planning permissions for all our clients, the Lomond Group Planning Consultancy is set to continue into 2011 and beyond.

We will use our knowledge and our experience in the field of town and regional planning for the benefit of those who need to negotiate, what can appear to be a complex process, by reviewing any planning issue and establishing the best planning outcome for our clients.

Noble Foods Ltd

One of our cases (requiring an understanding of the poultry industry) for Noble Foods Ltd – one of the world’s leading companies in the field of egg and dessert production – secured planning permissions allowing the company to implement its multi million pound investment programme.

Sojourn

We ensured that a hotel group, Sojourn, secured planning permission and listed building consent for its first hotel in Edinburgh, the conversion of Category “A” Listed Building in Queen Street; and in another case we negotiated the Local Review Appeal Process for a London based client who now benefits from a permission to allow house building on two plots.
